Want To Prosper During These Tough Times? Eliminate These Two Things

What if I told you life was pretty simple if you want to become financially independent? Would you believe me? What if I told you by eliminating two things you could exponentially accelerate your path to financial independence? Would you be skeptical and not believe what I am saying? I enjoy going through this process because it is a stepping stone and learning opportunity I am using to become a more experienced real estate investor. This isn't a short term play. This is a long term play to continue learning from all the situations my real estate investing journey takes me.

Tenant Backed Out Of Lease Three Weeks After Signing

Time for another learning opportunity for my real estate investing journey. This was the first time I had ever had someone sign a lease and proceed to back out prior to moving in.
